1. Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. Please go to the "Contact Us" page and send a message or email US directly @ prettycheekyboutique@gmail.com and please put "PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER #....... " in the subject line. If the order can be cancelled before shipping out will should receive a refund within 2 to 5 days.
(All shipped out order can not be cancelled.)
2. Return Policy:
**Return Policy is within 3 days of delivered date only!**
1) Defective Item:
We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents.
If defective can be determined from picture then a refund will be issued. If we could not Identification. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensation for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give your some more discounts on the next order.
2) Don't like or wrong sized return:
If a return is needed due to reasons such as not liking the product, the customer will need to bear the return shipping cost. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. We will process a refund after we receive the goods and confirm their condition.
Currently, all product returns are only supported for return to the warehouse in China, even if the product is shipped from the US warehouse.
Refund time period:
The money will refund in 2 working days after the order is cancelled & return package is delivery.
If the buyer paid by Paypal, the money will refund in 2 working days; If by credit card or bank transfer, it take 3-15 days or more time for the bank to process the international refund, your kindly understanding and patience will be highly appreciate.
